内容摘要

  外贸函电是国际经济与贸易专业和商务英语专业的核心课程之一。作为高职高专教育的精品教材,本书以高职高专师生为服务对象,以培养实用型和复合型的国际商务人才为目标,紧密结合外贸业务实际环节,注重实际操作技能的培养和训练。本书共14章,其中第1章系统地介绍了外贸函电写作的基本知识,第2章至第11章遵循外贸业务流程,依次介绍了建立商务关系、询盘、报盘、还盘、业务成交、支付、建立和修改信用证、包装和运输、保险、投诉和索赔等内容。第12章、第13章和第14章对前面11章的内容进行了补充,依次介绍了其他国际贸易方式、商务合同及近些年来较为流行的传真和电子邮件。另外,本书还附有常用的商贸英语缩写、国际贸易单据,供读者参考。
